Canadian Citizenship Reform Act implemented next year,last train to catch

Report from "Sing Tao Daily", Canadian Federal Government is working on a reorm act to raise the standard of citizenship qualification, however the insider said the implementation of this new regulation will not be started until June of next year, therefore our immigration association appeals those who is qualified as the citizen should apply their application ASAP.

Outsider believes that disputes on some part of the amendments  has been aroused as the effected time of reform act is approaching, including four years of residence in Canada in six years after getting the green card (from previous three years of actual living time within four years), free language test age increased from 55 to 65, confirmed by the officer of immigration department, the reform act will not be implemented until June of next year.
