Mr. Qin has more than 10 years of experience in PE, domestic and overseas (particularly Hong Kong) investment and financing (IPO, merge & acquisition, regrouping, masters the IPO whole planning, merge & acquisition, asset management, investment and financing guarantee. He has abundant experiences in asset market operation and asset investment management, has close personal relationships in listed companies, securities traders, private equity and third party professional organizations.

Mr. Qin has a lot of participations, including the overseas IPO of: China Lumena New Materials Corp. (00067.HK), CVM Minerals Limited (00705.HK), Fairchild Group (00166.HK), Hua Han Bio-Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited (00587.HK), Abc Communications (Holdings) Ltd. (00030.HK) and China New Materials Holdings Limited etc., and were also responsible for the merger & acquisitions.

2. Zhiguang Lu

5. Zhuobin Lin

Mr. Ling has many years of working experiences of auditing and IPO supervisory in auditing and IPO management at listed companies, he worked as the consultant and sign auditing report for China International, Shandong Lingong, Chongqing Changfeng Communication Co., Ltd., Harbin Jielee Industry Co., Ltd and Invt Electric. He has been the supervisor of the listing in Hong Kong Stock Exchange of Brightoil (00933.HK).


6. Ling Song

Since 2004, he has been working as listing financial auditing and listing supervisor for domestic and international organizations, has successful lead Dongguan Dayang, Ajisen Ramen, Artini, Feike Shoes to go IPO in Hong Kong main board, had responsible for the listing auditing for Shanxi Yabao Pharmacy (600351.SH).     

7. Xiangying Liang

8. Baolong Zhao

Mr. Zhao is good at identifying mineral projects, merge & acquisition of mineral company and its asset, had participated many “important acquisitions” of mineral projects in Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed companies, with total asset accumulated over 2.9 billion HKD. He had investigated and researched hundreds of mineral projects domestically and internationally, had investigated in USA and Canada, and mineral projects in Africa and had business negotiated with project parties. As a qualified technical person he had finished the Scoping Study Report of silver mine project of Australian listed
