The management scope of BOCI Securities including: securities brokerage, securities investment consulting, securities exchange and financial consulting activities relating to securities investment, securities underwriting and sponsoring, securities dealing, securities property management, securities investment fund distribution, financing, financial products distribution. BOCI is managing future and direct investment business by its wholly own subsidiaries BOCI Future Co., Ltd. and BOCI investment Co., Ltd.
