The China Angel Capital Group was founded in March 2008, the perspective of the group is to provide investment opportunities in Asia especially in Chinese mainland under economy sustainable development, to increase the capital value in the long term. 


The group provides professional investment management service; its core business includes fund aid management, special commission investment service and Private Equity (PE) investment. The historical investment return record and performance of the group are all better than same trade and investment benchmark dramatically.

Until 31st December 2012, the total amount of the group’s asst management had exceeded 500 million USD.

Including the hedge fund of 200 million USD—China Angel Fund and independent management securities combination and 300 million USD private equity investment combination.
