Application process
- Consult and assess the application qualification of the client and sign the contract
- Prepare application documents and asset report issued by the accounting firm
- Deposit the loan interest or GBP1.05 into appointed bank, financial institution issue investment certificate
- Submit investment application documents to British Consulate General
- Confirm identity, take photo and press fingerprint in the visa office of Britain
- The application is approved and a three year permanent residence permit is issued and complete of the investment
- The principal applicant has to residence in the Britain for a period of more than six months
- The principle applicant meet the requirement of residence, after three years residence, get a two year extension of residence permit
- The principle applicant meet the requirement of residence and after two years residence, he or she will become permanent residence
- 12 month after the applicant become permanent residence, he or she can apply for a British citizen.
Welfare for the children and pregnant women
Children Welfare Foundation
No matter how much you earn or how much you have paid for the insurance, as long as you have the responsibility of taking care of any children, you are qualified to get children welfare fund. The welfare fund is for kids under 16-year-old, if your child between 16-18 years old and still study in a non high educational institution; you are qualified for getting such fund as well. The application form is available in hospital or offices of social insurance department
Family subsidy

Salary of legal pregnant employee
When your employee is pregnant, the employer has to pay salary on a weekly basis and the amount is depended on the income of the staff.
Single parent subsidy:
Single woman who is taking care of her children can get single parent subsidy. Apart from the children welfare subsidy this subsidy is apply for the first child.
Pregnant subsidy:
For those who can not get the pregnant employee salary can get a weekly subsidy of GBP44.55.
Social foundation pregnant subsidy:
For anyone who accept income subsidy, family bonus, occupational disease with a saving of less than GBP500. The amount is GBP100.

Disable and patient welfare
Daily care subsidy
For taking care of any disabled people above 65-year-old. If the applicant suffers from a deadly disease, a bonus will be given right away.
On the job accident or injury welfare:

Subsidy for those disabled people:
Apply for those disabled people or someone needs care, anyone who needs assistance to walk can apply as well.
Disabled unemployment subsidy

Serious injury subsidy

Disabled care subsidy

Unable to work welfare
Anyone who is not qualified to get a occupational disease compensation from their employer or self employed, jobless. The applicant must fully pay their insurance.
Legal compensation for occupational disease
A sick leave of a period of concessive four day or more than four day and the total period should be less than 28 weeks. The weekly income of the application employee should be more than GBP58 per week. The sick leave compensation is GBP52.50 per week.
Retirement welfare
The basic retirement welfare is applied for those who is exceed the retired age (For female: older than 60-year-old; for male: older than 65-year-old) and covered by the national insurance scheme. Those who need to take care of children can get other welfare.
Widow welfare:
Those widow who can not get pension when her husband is died, anyone who is younger than 60-year-old, the amount is GBP1000.
Widow mother subsidy

Widow retired pension:

The applicants must live in any home of senior or nursing home before Mar.31st 1993. They can get a higher income subsidy to cover the hospital treatment.
City parliament tax subsidy:
To be processed by the local city parliament, for assisting low income people to pay for their city parliament tax.
Rent subsidy:
Any delegate of the city parliament who need to pay for their rent.
Medical treatment fund:
Free offer of medicine, dental treatment, eye inspection, spectacle or contact lenses.
Other funding:
The applicant will accept income subsidy, family subsidy, disabled unemployment subsidy or traffic subsidy for those whose family member is serving in jail.
Social funding
Those who is unable to cover their daily expenses including pregnancy, emergency spending, interest free loan or community treatment subsidy.
