New rules on Spanish immigration law

The Spanish residence permit is renewed every two years, it is an extension of Spanish residence, you are required to visit Spain at least once every two years, there is no requirement on the time of your visiting.

About the permanent residence

*The permanent residence is renewed every five year, the documents including: two EX-11 forms; one photocopy of passport (the whole one)

According to the non business residence permit policy(old practice), anyone who spend EUR500,000 on buying property can still get a permanent residence on condition to a “immigration prison”, you have to live in Spain for half a year in every year.
