1. Where shall I buy my property?
Answer: You can buy property in the capital Madrid, third biggest city Valencia and famous travel destination Malaga.

2. What kind of properties are available?
Answer: There are apartment, townhouses, independent villa, resort, commercial offices and stores from an area of 60 to 700 square meters. The average price is from RMB1 to RMB1.5 per square meter.

3. Can I get mortgage and installment payment when I buy the property?
Answer: One of the western real estate companies is offering mortgage for its client, the other real agent has to inspect the repayment ability of the customer. Down payment is from 20% to 50% with an interest of 3.5%.

4. Is there any validity for the ownership of the property?
Answer: No, it is a permanent ownership.

5. Can I buy second hand house to immigrate and is there a minimum capital requirement for the property I buy?
Answer: Yes, you can buy a second hand property and enjoy the same welfare as those who buy the new one, there is no minimum requirement on the capital you use to buy the property, and the cheapest house with an area of 60 square meter is sold at RMB600,000, it is a one living room plus one bedroom room with refined decoration.

6. How much does it cost to decorate my property? Can I decorate it myself?

7. Where are the houses located, in downtown or suburb? What about the transportation? Are there any hospitals or schools near the houses?
Answer: Houses are selling with different locations, good transportation and well facilities.

8. Do I need to pay property management fee and tax?
Answer: Yes, normally for a property of 100 square meter, the management fee and tax will cost you about EUR400 per year.

9. How long can I get my property ownership certificate?
Answer: Once you have fully paid the house in a bank of Spain, you can get the ownership certificate right away.

10. What are the materials shall I bright when I buy the property?
Answer: Nothing particular is required as long as you have your passport with you.

11. Can I change my house one year after I buy it when I found it broken or have a quality problem?
Answer: All the houses are guaranteed firm structure and good quality and the insurance will cover all losses when there are any problems.

12. On my first year of residence can I hire maid?
Answer: Sure you can.

13. Is there any restriction on the location of the property I buy or an appointed property for the investment immigration or it can be any houses that I buy?
Answer: As your consultant, you have to buy the property suggested by us to ensure a 100% pas of your immigration.
 
14. Is there any fee like deed tax or maintenance fee.
Answer: Yes, it will be 10% of the total price of your house.

15. Can I sell my property after my immigration is approved?
Answer: Yes, you can sell it. But when you renew the visa you are required to have a property.

16. Regarding parking space for the houses of multi storey, is the parking space for sell or for rent? Is the parking space including in the total price of the property?
Answer: Most of the houses are sold with a complimentary parking space.
 
17. Can I live in the property with my family after I buy it?
Answer: Of course you can. The immigration is a family based project, any children as long as they are single, they can live with their parents and there is no restriction on the age.

18. Can my family and I all get green card after we visit Spain?
Answer: Sure you can.

19. Shall I stay in Spain after I buy the property there?
Answer: You are required to live in Spain for half a year in every year. If your family member can not meet the requirement, he or she can apply for a permanent business visa to free from that requirement, it can be transfer to a residence visa when he or she can live in Spain for half a year. 20. The green card is valid for one year and each time a two-year-validity upon renewal; you will get a five year permanent residence visa after five years, what shall I prepare for the renewal? Do I need to pay for any taxes during those five years?
Answer: You will become a citizen once you visit Spain, no tax if you don’t have income; the requirement for renewal is a property and an a/c in any banks with a balance of more than EUR50,000.(For a family of three, alternate as the number of your family member)


21. What is the lowest cost for a family to live in Spain for one year?
Answer: Around EUR10, 000 for a family of three.

22. Can I get a green card right after I buy a house?
Answer: In fact the green card is issued in advance of your purchase for the project of Valencia and western real estate company, you just need to pay the deposit, and the rest of the payment can be affected after the green card is approved. Valencia project require its client to fully pay for the property and then they can get the residence visa.

23. Can I enjoy the welfare of the citizen once I have obtained the residence permit and landed Spain?
Answer: Apart from voting rights, you will enjoy the same welfare as the local citizen, such as free medical treatment and education.

24. Is there any papers like identity after I immigrate to Spain, do I have it at the time when I obtain the residence or when I become the citizen ten years later?
Answer: After you enter Spain, you will get a residence permit from the relevant department, it is a card with your photo and fingerprint, ten years later you will get Spanish passport.

25. Can I reunion with my parent after I get the Spanish green card?

26. What is the weather like in the city where I buy my property? And what about the living habit of the local, what do you like to eat?
Answer: It is Mediterranean weather similar as our Kunming. As Spain is surrounding by sea and it is a kingdom of ox fighting, local people like to eat sea food and beef and the delicious snacks tarba. Valencia is a famous tourist destination in Spain, it is like Sanya in China, but the weather is comfortable than Sanya.

27. What are the different traffic rules between Spain and China? How can you get a local liscense?
Answer: They are nearly same and you drive on the right side. You can drive in Spain after your driving license is notarized, but you need to take a local driving exam to get the local license.

28. Can I work in Spain?
Answer; No you can’t, you are applying non working residence permit, so you can not work there but you can run your own businesses.
