  1. What is investment immigration project?
Answer: The investment immigration project was founded by St. Kitts and Nevis in 1984, with the purpose to encourage the develop of leisure hotel, stimulus tourism and attract investor. Investor who have bought the property regulated by the government of St. Kitts and Nevis are qualified to immigrate.
 
  1. Do I need to abandon my current nationality?
Answer: No, you can keep your nationality. The government of St. Kitts and Nevis allow it’s citizen to have dual nationality and will not release applicant’s information or notice the country of another nationality.
 
  1. Is my family member qualified for the application?
Answer: Yes, your family can obtain the nationality and passport when your application is approved, the qualified relative including parents older than 65-year-old and children younger than 25-year-old.
 
  1. How can I qualify to apply for this project?
Answer: To qualify as the applicant, you have to invest at least USD400,000 in the real estate project approved by the government.
 
  1. When can I get the passport?
Answer: It takes about three to four months from the date you submit the application for the process and approve.
 
  1. Are there any restrictions on the nationality of the applicant?
Answer: No, there isn’t any restriction; people from any country (as long as comply with the regulation of the government) can apply for the immigration project.
 
  1. What are the welfares can the citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis enjoy?
Answer: There are many welfares including free visa for 139 countries, free local tax and Canadian trading tax, free trading tax in The Caribbean etc.
 
  1. Is there an interview before my application is approved?
Answer: No, no interview required by the government.
 
  1. How long is the passport valid for?
Answer: It is valid for ten years and you can renew a new one by email.
 
  1. How much does the application cost?
Answer: The minimum capital request is a donation of USD250,000 or at least USD400,000 investment on real estate an application fee.
 
  1. When should I pay for the investment?
Answer: At the time of your application, an initial real estate deposit of USD10, 000(for the applicant apply for real estate project) is required. Once your immigration application is approved the government of St. Kitts and Nevis, you have to pay the balance payment or all donation.
 
  1. Can I live in St. Kitts and Nevis for ever? Do I need to pay any tax?
Answer: Yes, you can live in St. Kitts and Nevis any time, without any limitation. If you choose to live in St. Kitts, no tax is required.
