EB-5 American investment immigration project is an immigration visa for overseas investor who wants to immigrate to the America; “EB5” is the short name for Employment Based Fifth Preference. American investment immigration applicant (EB-5):

1. The investor, principal applicant can apply for American green card.
2. The family member of the principal applicant can apply for American green card:

             The spouse of the applicants;
             Any children of the applicants younger than 18-year-old.


Application procedure:

1. Consulting, evaluation on the application qualification of the clients.

5. Submission of I-526 form and application documents to the immigration bureau by the agent.
