Mr. Qin has more than 10 years of experience in PE, domestic and overseas (particularly Hong Kong) investment and financing business (IPO, merge & acquisition, regrouping, masters the IPO whole planning, merge & acquisition, asset management, investment and financing guarantee. He has abundant experience in asset market operation and asset investment management, has deep personal relationships in listed companies, securities traders, private equity and third party professional organizations.

 Mr. Qin has a lot of participations, including the overseas IPO of: China Lumena New Materials Corp. (00067.HK), CVM Minerals Limited (00705.HK), Fairchild Group (00166.HK), Hua Han Bio-Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited (00587.HK), Abc Communications (Holdings) Ltd. (00030.HK) and China New Materials Holdings Limited etc., and were also responsible for the merger & acquisitions.

 Mr. Lu is now working as president and executive director of BM Intelligence Group, which went IPO on GEM board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange.   
 Mr. Lu had worked as senior professional at internally famous Deloitte, and investment bank Shenyin Wanguo (H.K.), worked as independent director at China Investment Fund Co., Ltd and Sino-Tech International Holdings Limited (previously as Semtech International Holdings Limited   
Mr. Lu has abundant experience in accounting, organizational finance and strategic investment, providing for over 350 companies in organizational finance, financing, merge & acquisition, professional evaluation, secretary and asset management in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, USA, Japan and Australia. 

3. Xiangying Liang

 Mr. Liang had worked as chairman, general manager and shareholder of Proton Capital Limited, general manager and executive director of Hong Kong main board listed company Arfield Group Limited (now as “China Resources Enterprise Limited” 01229.HK), vice president and executive director of Grand T G Gold. (08299.HK).

4. Ling Song   
Partner, Accountant 
Bachelor in Accounting at Wuhan University, “Senior Accountant”, Senior International Finance Manager (SIFM). 
Mr. Song had worked at “Hong Kong Huarong”, “Dahua Tiancheng” CPA firms as auditing manager and accountant manager, was responsible for the auditing of listed companies, public firms, private firms, enterprises with foreign investment, securities companies and investment fund. 
Since 2004, he has been working as listing financial auditing and listing supervisor for domestic and international organizations, has successful lead Dongguan Dayang, Ajisen Ramen, Artini, Feike Shoes to go IPO in Hong Kong main board, had responsible for the listing auditing for Shanxi Yabao Pharmacy (600351.SH).    

 5.Kaiping Han

 Mr .Han had worked as general manager at “Sunshine Group of Eastern European investment group in Hong Kong (in Hungary)”、vice president at “Asia Asset Limited”、chairman at “red horse guotai Investment Co., Ltd” in Beijing、Hunan red horse venture capital companies (listed companies, "South Africa media" shareholder) managers, Hunan information Ventures (government guidance funds) managers.
In project development, investment and financing management areas with excellent views and a wealth of experience .Since 2000, mainly engaged in the investment, development and operational management of the leadership team has successfully presided over the Taiwan-funded "three Westerly Pleasure Island Sea World," "outside Zhuhai Lingdingyang marine development" and other projects.

6. Zhuobin Lin

Mr. Lin is currently working as the founding partner and general manager at Shenzhen Pengcheng CPA Firm, he had worked as the auditor at Audit Office of Shenzhen Municipality, general manager at Shenzhen Kanglong City evaluation company (subsidiary of Audit Office of Shenzhen Municipality).  
 Mr. Ling has worked many years at listed companies auditing and IPO supervisory, has been the consultant and signer of auditing report for China International, Shandong Lingong, Chongqing Changfeng Communication Co., Ltd., Harbin Jielee Industry Co., Ltd and Invt Electric. He has been the supervisor of the listing in Hong Kong Stock Exchange of Brightoil (00933.HK).
